30th Year
Donated by Aaron Rosenberg Family To The Begin
Sholem Aleichem School
of Detroit will celebrate its 30th
anniversary when the 1955-56
school year begins next month.
Under Moishe Haar, its prin-
cipal, the school is planning to
enlarge its facilities and add more
classrooms to better serve the
new suburban areas, particularly
Oak Park.
Arrangements for transporta-
tion for all children desiring to
attend the school are now being
made, and costs for the service
will - be minimal, Haar stated.
Sholem Aleichem School, which.
last year became an affiliate of
the United Hebrew Schools, has
been considered a leading insti-
tution in providing its pupils with
a broad educational program
along with cultural activities.
For information on curriculum
and registration, parents may call
the school office, DI 1-2552.
