SHOP AND SAVE IN AIR-CONDITIONED COMFORT AT THE

Seasoned well with the spice
of imagination, even the most
familiar elements of a summer
meal can acquire new and unex-
pected glamor — by using such
tried and true tempters as Mani-
schewitz Borscht and Gefilte Fish.
To add a special tang to its re-
freshingly natural flavor, Mani-
schewitz Borscht, made exclu-
sively with crisp, tender garden-
fresh beets, may be mixed with
buttermilk and minced chives or
with yogurt; it may be dressed up
in various other ways to serve as
a prelude to summer meals or as
a smart new party beverage. .
As a welcome change of pace
from the usual serving of chilled
gefilte fish, the family will love
a "Meal-in-a-Pastry" (Manische-
witz Gefilte Fish in pastry jack-
ets), as well as 'a salad casse-
role made with Manischewitz
Fishlets.
The menus and recipes given
below have been developed by
the Manischewitz Home Econom-
ics Departments in its famous
model kosher test kitchen and
have been tested by the Mani-
schewitz Taste Panel, a perma-
nent consumer group which
passes on all Manischewitz reci-
pes and products to assure their
universal taste appeal. Additional
menus and recipes may be ob-
tained free of charge by writing
to Manischewitz, Box -288, Jersey
City, N. J. •
