Koratzky and Thomas H. Beare
were united in marriage by
Rabbi M. Robert Syme.
The bride wore a ballerina
gown of tulle over taffeta with
tiers of roseppinte lace. The
same lace adorned the little
jacket which was fitted over the
bodice. Her veil was arranged in
cap fashion and she carried a
Bible, 'adorned with white or-
chids and -streamers of stephan-
otis.
Iris Koratzky attended her sis-
ter as maid of honor, and Cole-
man Verona was best man.
After a reception at the Elm-
wood Casino, the young couple
left for a honeymoon to Miami
Beach, Fla. Upon their return
they will reside at 23451 Harriet
Ct., Oak Park, Mich.

Genoa Mayor Apologizes
For Synagogue Desecration
GENOA, (JTA)—The Mayor of
Genoa has sent an official
apology to the Jewish commun-
ity of this city, expressing indig-
nation at the desecration of a
memorial tablet. on the wall of
the city's synagogue. The Mayor
has also informed the comm-un-
ity that the municipal adminis-
tration will meet . the cost of
restoring the memorial to its
original state.
