Mrs. Katchke Presents Bond Scroll in Israel Community Members Sponsor Romulo Dinner Radner-Tyner Nuptials Planned for September Mrs. Joseph Katchke, chair- man of the Detroit Women's Di- vision, State of Israel Bonds, who is currently in Israel with a del- egation of U. S. women bond leaders, presented a scroll to T-2easury Director General of Is- rael Pinhas Saphir, representing $106,000 in bond purchases made in her honor prior to her depar- ture. Mrs. Katchke received a hand- made cigarette case from Mrs. Zipporah Sharett, wife of the Israel Premier in recognition of "her outstanding efforts on be- half of Israel Bonds." The case cover bears an etch- ed copper design of symbols de- noting the 12 tribes of Israel. Mrs. Katchke also met with Itzhak Ben Zvi, President of Israel, Minister of Labor Golda Myerson and Chief Rabbi Dr. Isaac Herzog.
