JSSB, Resettlement Service Meeting, To Be Held May 10 Sheila Sedman Wed o Eli Finkelstein The annual meeting and elec- tions of the Jewish Sodial Serv- ice and Resettlement Service will be held Tuesday, May 10, 8:15 p.m. at the United Hebrew Schools Esther Berman Branch, Schaefer at 7 Mile. Mrs. T h eodore Bargman, president of JSSB, and David Rosin, president of Resettlement Service will report on activities of the past year. • A highlight of the meeting will be the first Detroit showing of the film "Family Affair" pro- duced. by the Family Service Association of America and the Mental Health Film Board. It is a drama- of everyday family life, the attitudes and feelings of family members toward each other and how these may threaten family stability at a point of crisis. The film is a look into pro- fes,sion.al family counseling as practiced widely in social work agericies. The film story reflects innum- erable family problems being brought increasingly to the Jew- ish Social Service Bureau and similar social work agencies to- day. A discussion period led by Mrs. Bargman will follow the film. Mrs. Victor Shifinan - is chair- man of the committee planning the annual meeting which - in- cludes Mesdames Theodore Barg- man, Samuel J. Greenberg, J. Shurly Horwitz, Robert J.
