Every product, the Vaad statement says, "must carry a label marked 'KOSHER for Passover' with the authorized signature of a supervising rabbi or rabbinical body." All bakeries, grocery stores, delicatessa,ns and drug stores are urged to have their "chometz" sold through a rabbi not later than 10:40 a.m., Wednesday. The rabbi's certificate of sale will be dis- played in the store.
