FEINBERd cial assignment for the Jewish Agency for Palestine, after four years' residence in Israel, will make his first public appear- ance in Detroit March 30, when - he meets with young adult workers of the Allied Jewish Campaign at a rally at the Da- vison Jewish Center. Mr. Feinberg went to Israel in 1951 after studying at Kenyon College, the University of Cin- cinnati and Hebrew Union Col- lege. He received his master of arts degree last year from He- brew University in Jerusalem. He has also been engaged dur- ing the last two years by the Jewish Agency on the staff of the Summer and Winter Insti- tute which serves 2,500 students a year who come from various parts of the world to learn He- brew and to visit government, officials, Kibbutzim and indus- trial plants, with a view to gain- ing a better knowledge of Is- rael and its people. During the last five years, 150 such students from Detroit have enrolled in the project which is part of the Agency's youth pro- gram for settlement and edu- cation. Mr. Feinberg and his Israeli wife, Reena, are the parents of a three-month-old Sabra, -Mi- cah. Mrs. Feinberg and Micah accompanied him on the trip to this country.
