District Four Boy Scouts
Plan Spring Encampment
Troops, posts a n d explorer

Scouts of District Four will
begin at a rally at .7:15 p.m.,
March 31, at the MacGregor Li-

Over 350 scout leaders from
areas including the Roosevelt
community are expected to at-

this year's encampment will be
