Tereentenary Musk Event
Rescheduled for March 30
The much-awaited Tercenten-
ary Music Program, scheduled
originally for Feb. 20, at Muin-
ford High School, will take place
on Wednesday, March 30, in the
sanctuary of Temple Israel.
Timed initially to coincide with
Jewish Music Month, the pro-
gram had to be postponed be-
cause of the sudden illness of
director D a n Frohman. Mr.
Frohman is steadily regaining
his health, and will direct the
program as scheduled.
Morris L. Schaver, chairman
of the music committee of the
Detroit Tercentenary Committee
of 300, announces that Frohman
will direct a 125 voice combined
chorus, comprised of members of
the Halevy Farband Choral So-
ciety, Music Study Club Women's
Chorus, Shaarey Zedek Male
Chorus and Workmen's Circle
Singing Society.
