planning committee, meeting
last week, elected Dr. Philip Nol-
ish as chairman. Currently
planned is a celebration on
March 20, for which details will
be announced at a later date.

tenary Committee are Temple
Bnai Israel, its Sisterhood and
Men's Club, Hadassah, Bnai
Brith, Jewish Federation and
the Bnai Brith Youth Organiza-
tion.

Young Married's Group of the
temple at 8:30 p.m., today. Sid-
ney Dworkin, president of the
organization, will extend greet-
ings to the congregants from the
pulpit.

Responsibilities in the Home

Fifth Term for Cahn
At Gemiluth Chassodim

Siegfried Cahn was re-elected
last week to a fifth term as
president of Cong. Ge.miluth
Chassodim. Elected with him at
the congregation's annual meet-
ing were;
Siegmund Lowenthal, vice-
president; Moritz Katzman,
treasurer; Leo. Grunebaum, and
Herman Strassburger, secretar-
ies; and Alex Roberg, executive
director. Board members include
Fred Erlebacher, Fred Hopfeld,
Otto Kaufman, Dr. Ruben Mali-
k°, Max Marx, Moritz Marx,
Paul Mosbach, Oscar Moss, Mar-
tin Salomon, Herman Stark and
Dr. Moses Wiser.
The membership adopted a
proposal to acquire a center
suitable for various congrega-
tional activities. Also contem-
plated are a membership drive
and adult study courses.

Brio' Moshe Students
To Conduct Services

Pupils of the Bnai Moshe
branch, United Hebrew Schools
will conduct services this Satur-.
day morning in the synagogue's
main auditorium. A children's
thadr under the direction of
Abraham Schachter, will be fea-
tured, and students will serve as
cantors, readers and preach the
sermons.
The service is sponsored in
cooperation with the branch
Parent - Teachers Organization,
which will serve a kiddush fol-
lowing services. Parents of all
students of the branch are in-
vited to attend.
The annual membership tea of
the PTO is currently being
planned for Feb. 22. Officers
of the group are Mesdames M.
Rossman, president; S. Kosow-
sky, vice-president; H. Saul,
treasurer; B. .Brooks, secretary;
P. Higer, F. Morrison, S. Sorsch-
er, J. Markowitz, M. Sacks, I.
Diamond, R. Simons and R. Son-
