Histadrut Caravan to Visit Outstate
Communities in Pre-Campaign Efforts

Outstate Michigan communi-
ties will play host to the an-
nual Histadrut Caravan this -
coming week, as pre-campaign
activities in behalf of the 1955
Histadrut drive move into full
swing.
Two sections will visit Kala-
mazoo, Benton Harbor, Ann
Arbor, Battle Creek and Muske-
gon. A second trip -encompas-
sing communities in Saginaw,
Bay City, Flint, Jackson and
Lansing is slated for Jan. 17.

area continues to center around
the planned testimonial dinner
for Morris L. Schaver, to be held
Dec. 1, at the Sheraton Cadillac
Hotel.

ranged to present Schaver. with
a $60,000 check, which he will
forward to the Schaver Cultural
and Civic Center in Ramie, Is-

plan to establish trade schools,'
