Klutznick, national president of Bnai Brith, will arrive here Wednesday for a series of meetings and confer- ences with civic and communal leaders. His agenda will start with a 10:30 a.m. visit with Louis C. Miriani, Council president who is acting mayor in Mayor Cobo's absences. At 12:15 p.m., Klutz- nick will address a luncheon of communal leaders at the Shera- ton Cadillac Hotel. WC Branches Confer; New Center Planned Thirty delegates of Detroit branches of Workmen's Circle attended the annual Michigan District Conference of the or- ganization, Oct. 9 and 10, at the W. C. Educational Center. Joseph Bernstein, editor of the Forward and chairman of the Detroit Jewish Labor Com- mittee, extended greetings. Dr. Shmarya Kleinman spoke for the board of the Michigan Labor Committee for Human Rights. Alex Levitt was nominated for the two year term as Michi- gan member of the national W. C. board.
