Clay in the Hands
Of the Potter

"Iii hiney Kahomer"
Yong Kippur Eve Liturgy
By NOAH E. ARONSTAM, M.D.

We are as clay in the hands of
the Potter:
At will he fashions it large,
And at will he narrows it down;
So are we in Thy hands, Oh God,
God of retributive justice;
Pray, remember Thy Covenant,
Lord,
And judge us with kindness and
mercy.
