Moroccans Head for Israel
TEL AVIV, (JTA)—A vessel
with 490 Israel-bound North
African Jews arrived last week
at Marseilles. The largest part
of the 570 Moroccan Jews who
arrived in Israel the previous
weekend have already been
placed in settlements in the
Negev and elsewhere.

State Department Huddles Over
Lemson's Presentation of Credentials

pointed Ambassador to Israel,

for Israel in the near future, but
it has not yet been determined

group's activities during the
