Israel Delegates Active
At Inter-Parliament Union

VIENNA, _(JIsA) .. 7— The Israel
delegation to the current session
here of th.e..InterLParliamentary
Union congress has been active
in various aspects of the assem-
bly's deliberations and on sever-
al committees.
Rabbi Mordecai Nurok has
been re-appointed a vice-presi-
dent Of -the IPU, and Israeli dep-
uties attending the session have
been assigned to the political-
juridical .commission' and to the
economic-finance] commission.
As usually occurs at interna-
tional congresses, Arab states
have made a public attack on
Israel. This time the Lebanese
deie.gate hit at the United Na-
tions for -supporting Israel while
Israel allegedly refused to corn-
plY with decisions of the UN.
:Israel delegate Jacob Kleb-a-
now. replying, noted that the
Arab states had taken up arms
in an attempt to upset the UN
partition of Palestine and that
all subsequent Arab-Israel con-
flicts sprang from this Arab ag-
gression.

Acknowledgment and Recommendation for Rabbi Grubner.

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to state that on August 25, 1954, Rev. Chas-
kel Grubner, conducted a ritual circumcision on my twin
sons, in the Zieger Hospital. The service was carried out
in a dignified, prompt and efficient manner, not to men-
tion the excellent technique.

1 am thoroughly satisfied with Rabbi Grubner's serv-
ice and will recommend him unqualifiedly where the
services of a Mohel are needed,
