Buenos Aires, according to a report in the New York Times from its Argentine cor- respondent, Edward A. Morrow, has become a disturbing center of a network of anti- Semitic propaganda. As a result, the Argen- tinian capital's leaders of the 400,000 Jewish residents are planning to present the problem to President Juan D. Peron. The Buenos Aires Israelite World has called attention, in an editorial entitled "Nazi Focal Points in Buenos Aires," to the fact that Argentina recognized Israel more than five years ago and that the Argentinian Jews have been as- sured time and again by General Peron him-* self of the non-racial. aspects of his regime.
