A new development of 200 cus-
tom-styled brick ranch homes,
with attached two-car garages is

Oak Woods Jewish Center Starts
Synagogue; Ready by Holidays

The board of directors of the
Oak Woods Jewish Center this
week announced the appOint-
rnent of Meyer Weingarden and
Sons as general contractors for
the construction of the first
traditional synagogue and center
in Oak Park and Southern Oak-
land County.
Construction on the project
began last Monday, and corner-
stone dedication ceremonies are
being planned for next month
The project is expected to be
completed in time for this year's
High Holy Day services.
The Oak Woods Jewish Center
and Synagogue is being erected
