Marguerite Kozenn, Detroit's well known soprano, left on June
6 for her ninth consecutive European concert tour. In addition to
concerts in Belgium, Holland and France, Miss Kozenn will appear
over Radio Rai in Rome, the Swiss Radio in Geneva, the Austrian
Radio emanating from Vienna, and Rot Weiss Rot in Salzburg.
Most of her appearances will be given jointly with her husband,
Julius Chajes, Detroit composer-pianist.
Mr. and Mrs. Sam Roth, of 3281 Tyler, recently honored their
daughter, Pauline Joyce, with a sweet sixteen luncheon in their
home. Attending were Sharon Beltzman, Rhoda Berman, Micki
Linden, Gloria Manela, Alicia Margolis, Faye Moore, Marlene Pearl-
