Arthur I. Gould installed as
the 25th president of Council.
Two years ago, Mrs. Gould or-
ganized the Councilettes, teen-
aged daughters of members of
NCJW. This group started with

senior advisor.
In six months
the membership
of Councilettes
grew to 200.
