For -G-Day'

By MRS. SIDNEY J. 'CARREL
Women's Division Chairman
1954 Allied Jewish Campaign
When your G-Day volunteer
reaches your home on Sunday,
May 2, she will be asking you to
support the 1954 Allied Jewish
Campaign, but, in effect, she
will be asking you for funds for
more than 50 Campaigns in-
stead of just one.
She will be asking you to give
help to the people of Israel in
the immediate program of their
struggle for economic security.
She will be asking you for a
gift to support the rescue and
relief programs in Europe, Asia,
North Africa and Israel. She will
urge you to look to the future
well-being of our community, by
helping to provide necessary
education, family service, aged
and other programs. Your one
gift will support over 50 life
saving and social service causes
included in the 1954 Allied Jew-
ish Campaign.

the Women's Division on G-Day,
Sunday, May 2, will be visiting
15,000 Jewish Women in Metro-
politan Detroit, between 10:30
a.m. and 4:00 p.m
I am sure that you will not
mind giving a few minutes of
your time on Sunday to your
G-Day volunteer for this most
vital cause. Await your volun-
teer and give your own best gift
to the 1954 Allied Jewish Cam-
paign. Your last year's contrib-
ution plus a generous increase
will aid our local, national and
overseas obligations and help
our growing community.
