more than 25 years a Detroit
resident died in Los Angeles Sun-
day at the age of 83. She was
well known here for her piety
and charitable interests. Her
husband, Rev. Jacob S. Rabin-
owitz, died here in 1925.
Her body was brought back to
Detroit for burial on Wednesday..
Arrangements were made here

Surviving are her daughters,
Mrs. Bernard Friedman, with
whom she made her home in
Los Angeles, Mrs. Barney Che-
netz, also of Los Angeles, Mrs.
