The Greater Detroit Council
of Bnai Brith this week an-
nounced the formation of Louis
Stone Chapter, Bnai Brit h,
which was named in memory of
Detroit's beloved druggist and
humanitarian.
The Chapter's first member-
ship tea will be held at 12:30

was organized by Mrs. Gerald
Goldberg, vice-president of Dis-

ukah favors for new members
and prizes will be awarded. Mrs.
Morris Tack, past president of
Council, will be guest speaker,
' and entertainment will be pro-
vided by the Eve Meister School
of Dramatics.
Pisgah Lodge and Chapter will
hold a combined Hanukah dance
at 8:30 p.m., Monday, in Park-
side Hall, 3119 Fenkell, stated
Morris Burnstein, Lodge presi-
dent, and Mrs. Bernard Good-
man, president of the Chapter.
A novel switch will be the
transportation of those attend-
ing the dance to Adas Shalom
Synagogue where a blood bank
rally will be in progress from
6 p.m. to 12 midnight. The pro-
gram will include the lighting
of the menorah by Cantor
Nicholas Fenakel, and the serv-
ing of latkes.
Pisgah Chapter has issued a
call for all women interested in
joining the dr am a t i c group,
which is now practicing for a
presentation at its 20th anni-
versary- party in February. Call

bership is open to all women
