Rabbi Lehrman's Mother
Dies in New York

Services for Mrs. Minnie Lehr-
man Weinstein, mother of Rab-
bi Moses Lehrman, of Cong.
Bnai Moshe, Detroit, were held
this week in New York. Mrs.
Weinstein, who died Nov. 4, was
a New York resident.
Mrs. Weinstein's first husband
was. Rabbi Abrahani Lehrman, a
prominent Brooklyn rabbi, who
Was active in leading Jewish
causes. A devout woman, she
contributed much time and en-
.ergy to Jewish projects.
Besides the Detroit rabbi, she
leaves another son,. Rabbi Irv-
ing Lehrman, of Miami Beach,
"Fla.• two daughters, Mrs. Her-
•bert ' Pearl, of Great Neck, L.I.,
, and Mrs. Solomon Moseson,. of
_Akron, O.; eight grandchildren
