Mr. and Mrs. Edward Weinberg of Monterey Ave. honored
their daughter, Marilyn, at a Sweet Sixteen luncheon at their

Goldstein and Fern Marcus. On Sunday, open house was held for
friends and relatives.
Dr. and Mrs. Gilbert W. Schoenfield, of Palmer Woods, will
honor film star Robert Cummings, of Hollywood, Calif., at a recep-
tion in their home on Saturday evening. Mr. Cummings is in
town to tell the story of the City of Hope at the annual Cham-
pagne Dinner of the Detroit Business Men's Group of the City of
Hope on Sunday evening, at the Sheraton Cadillac Hotel.
Mrs. Norman Frank, of Detroit, is in Los Angeles, Calif., where
recently she helped celebrate the third wedding anniversary of her
children, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Schulman, of Los Angeles, at a
dinner party at the House of Murphy.
A dinner honoring Harvey Alan Gallison, son of Mr. and Mrs.
. Ben Gallison, of Pennington Dr., - was tendered recently in honor of
his Bar Mitzvah. The ceremony was performed at Adas Shalom
Synagogue. Out-of-town guests here for the occasion included the
William Weiners ..and son, Herbie, and Mrs. Michael Weiner, of
Baltimore, Md.,. the Merry Shorrs and Joseph Shorrs, of Canton,
