Dr. Lowdermilk Given Post as Heal Of Technion Engineering Department Dr. WALTER C. LOWDERMILK, outstanding Anierican au- thority on soil conservation, chats with students at the Haifa Technion. Dr. Lowdermilk was last week named by the Technion as director of its new department of agricultural engineering. The department will teach courses in soil and water conservation, food control, rural electrification, settlement planning and farm machinery.
