Making the presentation were Jack Harding, past commander; Harry Tyrell, present post commander, and Steve Kovar, senior vice-com- mander. On presenting the flag to Wise, Kovar, on behalf of the posts' 650 members, told him that "the flag- is a symbol of justice, as exemplified by you in your everyday endeavors."
