No cards. fiDC Combines Credit Funds Two independent credit funds in Paris, both sponsored by the Joint Distribution Committee, have been combined into a cen- tral aid agency designed to pro- vide millions of francs loans to Jewish business and profes- sionall people in France, an- nounced Moses A. Leavitt, JDC executive vice--chairman. Sin-ce 1945 the two separate funds have granted nearly 10,- 000 individual loans aproximat- ing 700,000,000 French francs ($2,000,000). Through this pro- gram, an estimated 30,000 per- sons formerly on JDC relief rolls have been helped to become self-supporting.
