Theme Is 'A Great Day for Giving'

in the 1953 Allied Jewish Cam-
paign Women's Division will be
spotlighted on April 26 on "G-
Day," A Great Day for Giving.
The culmination of the past
month's effort will come with
the one-day coverage of 15,000
Detroit Jewish women by 2,000
"G-Day" workers.
General solicitation chairman,
Mrs. Alexander W. Sanders, an-
nounced that a colorful show
has been prepared to speed the
workers on their way when they
gather at 9:30 a.m. in the
Whitehall Building of the State
Fair Grounds. No speeches will
be made. Original lyrics by Mes-
dames Charles Briskman, Eli
Gross and Harry Platt will pre-
sent final instructions in song.
