A paid-up membership affair
will be held by the Young Mar-
rieds Group of Temple ISrael at
'1:30 p.m., April 12, in the Tem-
ple Youth Hall.
Featuring a pot-luck dinner
land games, the program will be
open to those who have paid
dues or who pay at the door.
Mrs. Pat Wolrauch is in charge
of the dinner, and Jerome Op-
penheim is arranging group
games for the evening.

Rabbi Richard Hertz

Dr. Richard C. Hertz will be
installed senior rabbi of Temple
Beth El at 8:15 p.m., today. The
installation ceremony will be
conducted by Leonard 'N. Sim-
ons, president pro-tern of the
Temple, who will give. the intro-
duction; Dr. Maurice N. Eisen-
drath, president, Union of Am-
erican Hebrew Congregations,
who will give the charge; Dr.
Nelson Glueck, president ; - He-
brew Union College-Jewish In-
stitute of Religion, who will give
the induction; and Dr. Louis L.
Mann, of Chicago's Sinai Cong,,
who will give the consecration.
Rabbi Leon • Fram of. Temple
Israel will deliver the invocation,
and Rabbi Minard Klein, assist-
ant rabbi of Temple Beth El, will
conduct the sabbath eve ritual.
