Culehan, who has served as Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor, Deputy State Attorney General and Counsel for the U. S. He is a combat veteran of both World Wars. A thorough cleaning up of the docket, which is now 16,000 cases behind, is advocated by Circuit Court candidate, Nicholas Salo- wich, for 30 years a successful attorney. Salowich also proposes a Domestic Relations Division of the court to handle divorce cases exclusively. A shortened court docket, thereby eliminating much time in court at a tremendous sav- ing is advocated by John F. Kane, well-known Detroit at- torney who is a candidate for the Circuit Court bench. He is a veteran of World War. II in which he served overseas with the U. S. Navy. Indorsed as "qualified' by the Detroit Citizens' League for Judge of Recorder's Court is Stanley S. Krause, for 28 years a Detroit attorney. Krause, a native of the city who attended local schools, advocates more lawyers practicing in Recorder's Court, and "stands ready to serve, should night court be needed." Joseph C. A practicing attorney for 210 years before assuming judge- ship, Judge Krause has taught for two decades at Wayne Uni- versity's Law School, and has served as Detroit's Corporation Counsel.
