Installation ceremonies will be
held by t h e newly-organized
Sisterhood of Suburban Temple
at 8:15 p.m., today, in the Bur-
ton School, Huntington Woods.
Mrs. Irving Hollobow, member
of the National Board of Tem-
ple Sisterhoods, from Evanston,
Ill., will conduct the ceremonies.
The Sisterhood w a s organ-
ized Dec. 15, undper the chair-
manship of Mrs:. Frank Rosen-
thal, wife of the rabbi. A con-
stitution was adopted and the
following officers were. elected:
Mesdames Maurice Barnett,
president; Aaron Nathan and.
Norman Steinberg, vice - presi-
dents; Bernard• Meyer, Maurice
Weiner and Robert Zell, secre-
taries; Richard Sidder, ,treas-
urer... The following will ' com-
prise the board of directors:
Mesdames Sigmon d• Barna,
David Kaatz, Harry Sklar and
Morris Cohen.
The Sisterhood, according to
Mrs. ' Barnett, plans to, play .a
major role in the religious, edu-
cational, social a n d financial
projects sponsored by Suburban
Temple.

their fourth annual visit to
Percy Jones Hospital where they
distributed 175 gift baskets and
100 photos taken with a pola-
roid camera at the party. Mak-
ing the trip were Commander
and Mrs. Sid, Joodfriend, the
Sam Solomans, Leo Weinbergers,
Sol Lopotos, and Chuck Wets-
man, Bernie Schwartz and Ralph

Wiens Must Submit
1953 Address Report
Every alien must report his
residence address to the • Corn-
missioner of Immigration and
Naturalization during January.
Reports for aliens under 14 years
of age must be made by parents
or legal guardians. Any alien
who is temporarily absent from
the United States during the re-
porting period must report his
address within 10 days after his
return to the United' States.
This requirement was first
provided for by the Internal
Security Act of 1950 and has
been incorporated in the New
Immigration and Nationality Act
which became effective Dec. 24.
It requires that the address re-
port be made every year in Jan-
uary. Any alien or his parent or
legal guardian in the United
States who wilfully or inetcus-
ably fail to report is liable to be
taken into custody and deported,
imprisoned or fined before de-
portation.
The Annual Address Report
Card (Form 1-53) may be ob-
tained at any United States Post
Office or any Immigration and
Naturalization Service office. In
Detroit, Immigration and Nat-
uralization Service offices are
located at 3770 E. Jefferson Ave.,
Room 432 Federal Bldg., the De-
troit and Canada Tunnel and
the Ambassador Bridge. When
completed and signed, the card
must be handed to A clerk in
any Post Office or Iinmigration
and Naturalization Service of-
fice. It is not to be placed in
the mail.
The only aliens in the United
States who are . exempted from
submitting the Annual Address
Report Form are Canadian citi-
zens who a're temporarily visiting
the United States for less than
six months and citizens of other
countries who are t',e mporarily in
the United States 'for less than
30 days.
