18 whole grapes
2 egg whites
Halve the oranges and scoop out the
pulps. 'Discard the white membrane. Add
the orange pulp, brown sugar, liquid. and
s•-i1t to the sweet potatoes. Mix well.

mixture. Level the tops. Prepare a
meringue by beating the egg whites until
stiff and adding the white sugar. Cover
the top of each orange half with me-
ringue. In each, make a dent in the
center of the meringue and then place
three grapes that have been halved and
seeded. Bake in 350° evern for 15 min-
utes or until the outer edges of the
meringue have browned. Arranged on
beds of 'Parsley around the fowl.

Mx cup chicken stock or hot water
Combine all the ingredients and mix
lightly. This is enough stuffing for a
five pound duck or chicken.
