Hyman Parker has been
named vice-chairman of the
Michigan Wage Stabilization
Board effective Aug. 1, it was
announced by M. S. Ryder, re-
gional WSB chairman.
As Regional Counsel, Parker
has been in charge of the
agency's enforcement and rul-
ings activities in Michigan since
last October. He will continue
in this capacity, in addition to
performing the duties of vice-
chairman.
In his new post Parker will
