nick, was on May 25 joined in

Honoring the graduation of their daughter, Shirley, from
Wayne University, Mr. and Mrs. A. Soifer, of 2546 Glynn Ct., will
hold an open house from 2 to 6 p.m., Sunday. No cards..
Mrs. Sarah Rubin was honored on Mother's Day with a party
given by her five children, 12 grandchildren and nine great-
grandchildren at her home at 1955 Blaine.
Milton Weiss, son of Mrs. Ida Weiss, of 4846 Cortland Ave.,
will graduate Saturday from the University of Michigan School
of Dentistry. He is affiliated with Alpha Omega professiona*fra-
ternity.
Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Karbal, of Webb Ave., had as their house
guests their children, Mr. and Mrs. David Sklar, of Norfolk, Va.
While here the Sklars were entertained by relatives and friends.
Dr. Leon M. Meyers was graduated from the Ohio School of
Chiropody May 31, and will practice in Pennsylvania. He is married
to the former Shirley SOvel, and is the father of two children.
Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Hallman and son, Stanford, have returned
from a visit in Cleveland. 0., where they attended the graduation
of Dr. Leon M. Meyers. They were the house guests of Dr. and ,,
