returning next week from a two and a half month stay In Miami
Beach.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Lefkofsky and daughter, Elayne, of
Cortland Ave., have just returned from a vacation to Miami Beach.
Mrs. Sam Brady, of Ford Ave., has just returned from a three
month stay with her children in Albuquerque, N. M., and Tucson.
Ariz.
Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Shlain, of Covington Dr., have re-
turned home from a vacation in Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. James Sobel, of W. Outer Dr., are spending a
six-week vacation in Miami Beach.
Mrs. Paula Kubowitzky, of Brussels, Belgium, will return to
her home following a visit here With her sisters, Mrs. David Fuller,
of Oak Dr., and Mrs. Harry Norber, of San Juan Dr. In Brussels,
Mrs. Kubowitzky is president of the Pioneer Women's Organiza-
tion.
Richard Sinclair, of 2708 Buena Vista, is home on vacation
from Massachusetts College of Optometry where he was recently
named to the Dean's list for high scholastic achievement. He is
vice-president of the junior class.
In town to attend the Bar Mitzvah of Harvey Richard Pearl-
man, son of the Moe Pearimans, of Roselawn Ave., are Mrs. Alfred
Hoffer, of Montreal. Can., and Max Miller, of Toronto.
Mr. and Mrs. I. B. Ackerman, of 20073 Shrewsbury, spent the
Passover holidays in Miami Beach, Fla.
Mr. and Mrs. Norman Rubin and family. formerly of Sturte-
vant Ave..- •are now residing at 13111 Rosemary, Oak Park.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Falk of Stoepel Ave. have returned from
an eastern tour. Their daughter, Nancy, visited with her grand-
+ mother in New York during her vacation.
Mr_ and Mrs. Samuel Gfeenberg, their daughter. Mrs. G. New-
! house and granddaughter, Rochelle, have moved from Burlingame
Ave. to their - new abode at .18426 Stoepel.
Henry Catnick will leave on Saturday for a month's stay in
Israel. He will•be joined there by his sister. Mrs. Benjamin Fine of
Youngstown. O., and they will return to this country together
early in June.
Victor Avrunin. former Detroiter who has been residing in
Israel for the last 12 years. was a guest here this week. He con-
ferred with industrialists in his capacity as consulting engineer
for the Israel kovernment.
