Experiences at Local Committee Meet' Election Meeting

Beth Aaron Synagogue will
hold its annual meeting on Mon-
day evening in the synagogue
auditorium, according to Harry
Green, president.
Reports will be rendered by
all committees. Decision will be

The annual election of offi-
cers and members of the board
will also take place. A slate of
officers will be brought in by a

Plan to Assist Jewish
Farmers in Argentina

LONDON. ■ JTA 1 --The Jewish
Colonization :Association ap-
proved a grant. of $30,000 for the
extension of the Hebrew Uni-
versity's agricultural school. The
meeting of the Association also
reviewed colonization activities
in Argentina and discussed the
question of enlarging the hold-
ings of individual Jewish farm-
ers there.
The J. C. A. meeting also dis-
cussed the establishment in Mo-
rocco and Tunisia of loan banks
to supply Jewish artisans there
with tools, raw materials and
credits, in conjunction with the
Joint Distribution Committee.
-Approval was given by the meet-
ing for the purchase of land in
Marrakesh to enlarge the exist-
ing agricultural school there.
