Crum, presi- dent, and Irving Jaffe, vice- president, of Scrip to Israel, and Lew Shulgasser, president, and Yechezkail Besser, treasurer of Soya Israel Stores. A complete network of retail stores, which have been in op- eration, will be available this month to holders of scrip cer- tificates of both companies. The companies will pool their mer- chandise and stock them in their stores. The plan is ex- pected to effect immediate sav- ings, lower operational costs and improved service to Israeli beneficiaries. It is anticipa:ted that prices of goods in the joint stores will be reduced, thus pass- ing the benefit of the plan to the consumers.
