Boston Rabbis Bolster Kashruth Observance; New York Battle Rages

Purim Workshops

A workshop for the PTO mem-
bers of the United Hebrew
Schools has been set up to guide
and instruct them in preparation
for Purim Carnivals, which have
become an annual 'feature of
the schools.
The first workshop took place
Thursday, a n d will continue
until Thursday, March 6. A dif-
ferent PTO group will meet
each day at 1 p.m. in the audi-
toriums of their respective
branches.
Groups will be instructed by
Israel Back, arts and crafts di-
rector of the United Hebrew
Schools in cooperation with a
staff member of each branch.
