Littman Brings
`Strictly Kosher'
Here on March 2

After an absence of more
than 18 months, Abraham Litt-
man returned to Detroit this
week to arrange for the show-
ing of a new Yiddish play,
"Strictly Kosher," which will be
staged here Sunday night,
March 2, in the Scottish Rite
Cathedral of the Masonic Tem-
ple.
Mr. Littman describes this
production as a Yiddish-Ameri-
can revue—a musical comedy
written, staged and produced by
the late Hymie Jacobson, starr-
ing Henrietta Jacobson, Julius
Adler, Ben Bonus and an Israeli
actress, Mina Born. Others in
the cast are Abe Lax, Frances
Weintraub and Natalie Coiner,
the Broadway primadonna.
This play just concluded a run
at the National Theater in New
York and is now commencing a
tour of the United States and
Canada.
