1/4 cup Manischewitz Matzo Meal
1 teaspoon salt
1 /-z teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion salt

1 teaspoon salt
1i/4 cups cooked carrots, shoestring
style

Mix grated raw. potatoes with
egg, matzo meal and salt in a
large mixing bowl. Add drained
cooked carrots and blend well.
Drop by tablespoon into hot
frying pan; fry in deep fat until
crisp and golden brown. Remove
and drain on paper toweling.
Serve hot. Serves 6.
