Miss Mandell to Wed
Dr. David S. Ruskin
Mrs. Beulah Lewis and her mother, Mrs. Joseph A. Zechman,
are visiting in Fairmount, W. Va., with Mrs. Lewis' son-in-law and
daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harry T. Golden.
Gloria Kert, a student at Michigan State College, is home
to spend the holidays with her parents at 3240 Lawrence. -
Mr. and Mrs. Sol Reicher, formerly of Tuxedo Ave., are now
residing in their new home at 21300 Ridgedale, Oak Park.
Marion Sanders, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Alexander W. Sand-
ers, of Broadstreet Blvd., is home for winter vacation from Bran-
deis University.
Miss Barbara Olender arrived here from Coral Gables, Fla.,
where she attends the University of Miami, and will spend the
holiday season with her family. Marvin Olender will be home on
New Year's Day for a week furlough from Fort Snelling, Minn.
Mrs. Monte Wittleshofer of Whitmore Road has left to spend
two weeks with her children, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Mintz of New-
tonville, Mass.
A contingent home from Harvard for the vacation period will
include Stanley Zemon, Arthur Hartman, and Richard Jones.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bielfield of Wildemere Ave. are enjoying
a New York vacation.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Karbel and sons are now residing in their
new home at 19497 Birwood Ave.
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Malcolm Kahn are at home to their
family and friends in their new home on Pioneer Drive, Pontiac.
Miss Delores Helpert, of 3317 Lawrence, has just returned
from an eight-week stay in Westwood, Calif.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Israel and sons, formerly of Buena Vista
Ave., are now residing in their new home at 13134 Sherwood, Hunt-
ington Woods.
Mrs. I. Mendelson will have a student musicale for her piano
students at 1 p. in., Wednesday, at 17198 Woodingham.
On their 35th wedding anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. Herman R.
Finkelstein were tendered a surprise party by their daughters
Pauline Finkelstein and Mrs. Hyman J. Adler, at Mrs. Adler's home.
Mr. and Mrs. Abe Schernansky, of 4345 Tyler, will celebrate
their 35th wedding anniversary with their family on Sunday.
