in the Middle East under a grant
of the Social Research Council.
Dr. Gaster will teach in Rome
under a Fulbright grant for the

government was asked to make
this grant by the University of

winner of the seventh annual
George Gershwin Memorial Con-
test for his original composi-

Blaustein, Truman Confer

Blaustein, president of t h e

President Truman during a
personal call at the White
