of a - proposed non-aggression
treaty between Israel and the
Arab States has been handed to
the United Nations Conciliation
Commission on Palestine by
Maurice Fischer, head of the
Israeli delegation to the Paris

has not been revealed here, it
is known to be based on the
United Nations Charter and
would supplement, rather than
supercede, the existing armistice
