The musical abilities of sever-
al Centralites will be exhibited
to Durfee students Tuesday at
a concert in Durfee's Auditori-
um. Central's ensemble, under
the direction of Dr. Seitz, is
planning this program to dem-

Four Central students spent

travelers, Jimmy Hack and
Rita Malamud, delighted the
French club with an account
of their experiences.
Jimmy bicycled 500 miles
through France, England and
Holland as a member of the
American Youth Hostel.
Rita had the fortunate ex-
perience of witnessing a vol-
Canic eruption on the island
of Stromboli. Another experi-
ence was hearing the "Mar-
riage of Figaro" sung in He-
brew in Tel Aviv.
Dorothy Glasier, another
Central tourist, spent her sum-
me in England, France, Hol-
land, Switzerland, Italy and
Israel.
Irwin Field also spent an
exciting summer in Europe
and Israel. The most exciting
part of his trip was his at-
tendance at the First Z
