In America we suffer from not
recognizing the fact that a new
phase in Jewish history exists,
that Judaism is restored; that it
has thrown off the fetters of
ghettoism and assimilation.
It is not necessary to consider
America as a Gola (Exile) or to

is becoming increasingly clear

that Jews everywhere are part
and partners of Israel's growth
and destiny. The very fact of
Israel's development as a home
