Z0,4 Program for

Work in Israel, U.S.

WASHINGTON, (JTA) - An
expanded program of economic
aid to Israel through ZOA pro-
jects and for increased activity
on the American scene, calling
for a total budget of $5,000,000
a year, was submitted by Louis
A. Falk, chairman of the ZOA
projects fund, to the national- .
administrative council of the
Zionist Organization of Ameri-
ca. Of the total $3.000.000 would
be spent on Israel projects and
$2,000,000 on an American pro-
gram.
Benjamin G. Browdy, presi-
deht of ZOA in an address to
the conference, pledged the ZOA
to fulfillment of the program
set • by the 23rd World Zionist
Congress and called on all fac-
tions in the American Zionist
movement to unite and sub-
merge their differences to the
overall objective of making Is-
rael strong and ensuring its eco-
nomic stability.
Abraham A. Redelheim, chair-
man of the council, joined in the
call for a united front dedicated
to the ultimate realization of the
entire Zionist program.
