Mrs. Maurice Schiller and son, Larry, of Tulsa, Okla., is here
to spend the summer with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Schem-
beck of Monte Vista Ave.
Mr. and Mrs: Sydney Winer and their children, Susan and
Harry, of Calvert Ave., are off for a few weeks' holiday at their
cabin in the woods, near Charlevoix.
Mr. and Mrs. Max giber, son David, and daughter Susan, will
vacation at Ramona Park Hotel, Harbor Springs.
Dr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Levin of Canterbury Dr., are in the
New England States for a fortnight's holiday. .
Mr. and Mrs. Hanley W. Wolf of Fairfield Ave., were hosts this
week to the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Abe Feldman of Chicago.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sherman and son, of Richton Ave., left
Sunday for a two week stay at Crystal Beach in Canada.
Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Neuman entertained at a reception at
their home on Pennington Dr. in honor of the graduation of their
son-in-law, Albert Schrub, from the Wayne University Medical
School. Dr. Schrub is interning at Highland Park General Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Rubinoff of Woodingham Dr. spent their
vacation in St. Joseph, Mich.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Bennett entertained at dinner Thursday
evening at their home on W. Davison, in honor of their 27th
wedding anniversary.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Goldberg and daughter, Lynn, of Webb
Ave., returned from a motor trip to Boston, New York and Newark.
Ben Rubenstein and Dr. Norman Schloven left Friday for a
month's tour of Europe. They plan to attend the 17th Psycho-
analytical Congress in Amsterdam in August.
The Misses Carol and Rosalyn Rosen, twin daughters of Mr.
and Mrs. S. Rosen of W. Grand Ave., have left to spend three weeks
at the Allegan Lake Camp, Allegan, Mich.
Mrs. M. Bean of Tyler Ave. returned by plane from a seven-
week visit in Los Angeles with her son and daughter-in-law and
grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Abe Nusbaum and son, Irving, left for Israel
where they will visit for several months.
Mr. and Mrs. S. Roth and daughter, Pauline Carolyn, of Tyler
Ave., will leave Sunday for a two-week trip to Boston, Newberg,
N. Y. and New York City.
Mrs. K. Hatchenstein and son, Gerald, of Fairway Dr., are
spending the summer in northern Canada.
Following their marriage on June 28, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert
Chernick (Fay Guz) are honeymooning at the Sherry Frontenac in
Miami Beach, in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Tahiti, Jamaica
and the Virgin Islands. Following their return they will reside at
their home on Oakman Blvd.
Miss RochellQ Kaell of Tbronto was entertained at luncheon
at the home of her aunt, Mrs. I. Kardener, of Fullerton. Co-host-
esses were: Anaruth Oslik, NOrman Oslik, Resa Dian Zalenko,
Suzanne Laura Zalenko, and Neil Franklin Zalenko.

Mrs. George D. Cohn, of 19146 Indiana, is tendering a garden
tea at her home in honor of her future daughter-in-law, Miss
Sydell R. Halberg, from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday.
. , On Sunday, July 15, Mr. and MI's. Reuben Mogul were honored
at a dinner on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary.
