Savin Reports Need of
Investments in Israel

Private investments are the
most important needs in Israel,
Jacob Savin, Detroit box manu-
facturer, stated upon his return
from the Jewish state.
Savin expressed the view that
the General Zionists are showing
strength in Israel as a reaction
against Mapai's socialistic poli-
cies. He stated that the coun-
try has great industrial poten-
tials and must have capital.

Lionel pinsburg, 15786 Park-
side, appeal's in the role of Mon-
sieur Cadillac in "City of Free-
dom," Detroit's 250th birthday
show- which is being presented at
the University of Detroit stadi-
um, nightly through July 23.

in store for visitors at Dermer's
Greenbush Inn near Alpena was
a sketch of the. famous Broad-
way hit, "Oklahoma," put On by
the Greenbush Inn staff.
Heading the cast were Stan
Silverman, prdduction" manager,
band leader Geno Thomas, and
Paul Newman. Ballet sequences
were done by Ray and Georgina.
Other productions are planned
for each Friday night by the
Greenbush Inn management, to
accompany its program of sum-
mer vacation activities.
