with it?"

BEA GOULDSON was in a

hurry last week to get home
from work because the family
was having a guest for dinner
and she was to pick up a loaf
of bread . . . But the steady
drizzle of rain kept the taxis
busy and she was unable to get
one . ... While she stood on the
corner of Vernor and WoodWard,
a motorist noticing her plight,

which
offered Bea a ride
she readily accepted . . . and to
her good fortune, was right to
the street she was going on Dex-
