a two-week visit in New York City.
Mrs. B. I. Brody of Lincolnshire Drive is expected home this
week from a stay in Passe Grille, Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Handler of Chicago Blvd. have returned
from a fortnight visit to New York City.
Mrs. Pearl Prince of the Wilshire was hostess the past week
to Mrs. Lillian Kanterman of Flint.
Mr. and Mrs. Norman Schaeffer of Cortland Avenue are mov-
ing to Buffalo, New York.
Tese Schild will present a group of her students in a piano
recital at 8:30 p.m., Saturday, at McGregor Library.
Mr. and Mrs. Abe Miller, of 19211 Pennington Dr., invite their
relatives and friends to a house warming open house from 7 p.m.,

Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Fishman, of Webb Ave., are vacationing
at the Casablanca Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla., where they will
stay three weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. David Olshansky have returned from a three
month vacation in Miami Beach, Fla.
Mrs. Gertrude Samter, of Calvert Ave., is in New York - for ten
days visiting relatives and friends and attending the Practical
Nurses' Convention.
Mr. and Mrs. Abe Green, of 18461 Roselawn, happily announce
the adoption of a son, Barry Neil, born Dec. 19, 1950.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry M. Newman and son of Berkeley, Calif.,
former Detroiters, are visiting with their family, the Harry Rez-
nicks, of Hartwell Ave. They will attend the Bar Mitzvah of their
nephew, Howard Reznick.
Mr. and Mrs. Max Davis, of 17418 Northlawn, will hold open
house Sunday evening to honor Miriam Leebove. No cards.

check to IRA I. SONNENBLICK, dir-ector of the Jewish Home for
Aged, toward the newly established x ray clinic, laboratory and
dental office. The Women's Auxiliary in the past has furnished
